This guide will lay out what you can do if you want to complain. Specifically, it will tell you:
- How you can inform us that you’re not happy.
- What we will do about it and when.
- What you can do if you’re still not satisfied.
The code is also available for free as a hard copy and you can get it in braille, large print, as a text file and on audio CD. If you need one or more of these, please let us know when you request the code.
