The installation fee covers both the equipment provided by us and the engineer visit to your home.
We deliver your broadband wirelessly and so the equipment is a little more tricky to set up than standard broadband. For this reason, we need to send an engineer to your home who will install the equipment, set it up and test the connectivity for you.
The installation fee covers the standard wireless connectivity device, the router, upto 20m of cable (sufficent for most domestic installations) and associated sundry items such as cable clips and mounting poles.
If specialist access or lifting platforms are required, we reserve the right to amend our installation fee. This will always be discussed with you before the installation goes ahead.
