My Internet appears to be off

Check it is actually off
If you are connecting over wireless, then check you are connected to your Bliss router. If you're not, then change the connection and try again.

To check your Internet, connect a wired computer direct to one of the Ethernet ports on the back of your router and check for a connection again, try at least 2 ports.


If the connection is indeed down
First of all, turn off power to both devices. Then turn on the power to the PoE injector first, leaving the router switched off for a while longer. After 3-4 minutes, switch your router back on and it should attempt to reconnect to our network - this can take a couple of minutes.

After all this, check again to see if your connection is restored.


If the connection is still down
