A DDoS attack was launched against one of our customers at 23:50 on 12/07. The attack caused a loss of service to most of the network. We worked with our data centre partners to identify the target of the attack, remove them from the network and allocate a new IP address. The attack was mitigated by 00:10 on 13/07 using this method. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and the relevant parties have been informed.
