Equipment Swap - 21 September 2018

What's Happening?

At 2pm today we will be swapping out the back up power supply at our Bole Hill repeater site.

Who will this impact?

Some customer may experience a loss of connectivity for approximately 30 minutes but please be prepared for a loss of connection for up to an hour just in case there are unforseen issues.  If anything delays the work we will update you here as soon as possible.  

Update:

Work was completed in less than the expected time.  All customers should be back online now.  If you're still having trouble please let us know by calling into 0114 303 3311 or by emailing into our support team at help@blissinternet.co.uk.
