We're planning some essential maintenance between 02:30 and 04:30 on the morning of 09 December. The work is required to upgrade some of our core devices to the latest firmware and will cause some downtime for customers across the network.
If all goes to plan, most customers will experience 2 to 3 short outages of around 10 minutes each.
The work is scheduled for the early hours to minimise disruption as much as possible.
