Upstream connection troubles (posted @ 19:30 15 Dec)
Over the last 60-90 minutes we've been seeing some strange intermittent connectivity on the link over to Level3 in Manchester. The problems are intermittent in nature, lasting approx 10-30 seconds each time they appear, for this reason it's been tricky to identify the root cause of the problem.
We're working with our data centre partners to isolate the problem and restore full service.
We will provide updates on the issue via this web page once we know more.
UPDATE 15 Dec @ 20:10: The cause has been identified and engineers on site are working to resolve it. We'll update you again when we hear back from our partners.
UPDATE 15 Dec @ 20:30: The problematic peer has been removed from service pending further investigation. Normal service should now be resolved.
