We've got some big upgrades happening on the 23rd of December as part of our commitment to continually improve the network and make it as stable as possible for all of our customers. This is a substantial upgrade that replaces some of the equipment we're currently using with much higher grade, higher spec kit. We're hoping to see improvements direct to certain parts of the network but the upgrades will have a positive effect on the network as a whole as well. The upgrades will cause some downtime for customers situated around Bole Hill, Treetown Cresent and Worral Avenue, so please plan around up to 2 hours of downtime on Friday the 23rd of December between 11am and 3pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Due to bad weather forecast for Friday we have rescheduled the upgrade for Thursday the 22nd of December. Customers situated around Bole Hill, Treetown Cresent and Worral Avenue should still expect about 2-4 hours of downtime sometime between 11am and 3pm. We will update everyone once the work has been completed.
The equipment upgrade is complete! We are still working to get everyone connected again and optimising the network around the changes that have been made. The majority of people are back up but if your connection is not working or you're still having trouble please reboot as described in the link below. We will be working into the evening to iron out all the kinks. Thank you for your patience today while we work to improve the network.
