New website launched

We're pleased to bring you this news update from our brand new website courtesy of the skilled tech wizards at Impelling.

We've tried to stay true to the original design on the website, creating a familiar feel, however every single section of the website has been rethought and rebuilt from scratch, all with the goal in mind of making it easier to use. The most noticeable change will be the brand new My Account area. From here you'll see a redesigned screen that allows you to easily to access your plan details, invoices and support tickets. We hope you'll find this a vast improvement over the previous system, and if you've got any suggestions on how we can improve things further we would love to hear them.

It's not just the customer facing the areas of the website that have been improved. The new knowledgebase allows us to more easily add and organise content, and allows it to be searched through. Our support staff plan on keeping the information in the knowledgebase bang up to date and plan on regularly adding new articles meaning that the answers to all of the most common problems will be right at your fingertips. The new website also talks to our support ticket and billing systems much more effectively saving us loads of time and allowing us to concentrate on the important things.
