Core Network Equipment Maintenance:
We will be performing some regular maintenance on our core network equipment between the hours of 0200 and 0400 on the 15th of February 2022. The planned downtime is from 0200 to 0400 but please allow for additional downtime potentially up to 0700, just in case.
Who will this impact?
During the planned downtime window all customers will go offline. We will do our best to minimise downtime and ensure everyone comes back online afterward. We apologise for any inconvenience this interruption may cause.
All work has been completed and everyone should be back online now. If you are still having an issue please submit a ticket using the information below.
Some customers may experience a loss of connectivity beyond these times if their devices fail to dial back into the network after the changes. Fixing the issue should be as simple as turning off your equipment, waiting 30 seconds, turning it back on again and waiting a maximum of 10 minutes.
