Service disruption at 17:30 on 22 September

We're currently investigating a disruption to service and believe the problem to be related to a DDoS. Customer may be experiencing slow connectivity or complete timeouts during this problem.

We'll provide updates as we know more. Apologies for the disruption.


UPDATE @ 17:45 : Our data centre partners have found the DDoS victim and have implemented a fix. We're just waiting for the resolution to propagate around the Internet and expect normal service to resume in the next 5 to 10 minutes.


UPDATE @ 18:25 : The service has been restored for around 35 minutes now and seems to be stabilised. We consider this issue resolved but will leave this post open until tomorrow and provide a final update before closing. Apologies to all of those affected by this trouble.


UPDATE @ 09:20 : The DDoS attack has completely halted now and this issue is considered resolved.
