Service Outage at the Data Centre:
At approximately 06:56 to 07:02 and 07:17 to 07:26 on October 13th an as yet unknown issue at our Data Centre caused a service interuption.
Who is affected?
Our customers in the Treeton area were without connectivity for approximately 5 and 10 minutes respectively.
What is being done?
We have reached out to our Data Centre enquiring about the cause but are allowing them to work on the fix before asking for a full report.
