An issue with the Bole Hill Repeater Site has caused service degradation and partial outage on part of the network.
We are currently investigating the cause which at this time appears to be a snow drift against an uplink dish.
What is affected?
Some customers in and around the Bole Hill, Worral, and Mill Lane areas of Treeton may be experiencing a service interruption or reduced speeds.
What is being done?
We are working to confirm the cause and working to resume services. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We have an engineer on-site with services back in operation. There is still a risk of further interruptions and/or reductions in speed while work continues. We will update here as things progress. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
