Service Outage - 05-03-19

An issue is causing a service outage for all customers

We are currently investigating the cause and will update here as we know more.

What is affected?

Customers are unable to reach the internet.

What is being done?

We are investigating the cause and working to resume services.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.   The issue is unrelated to any hardware so we expect to have everyone running shortly.


Update: 4:38pm

We have corrected the primary issue and customer connections should be coming back.  If you're still having an issue please reboot your router and if it persist let us know by emailing us at cs@blissinternet.co.uk or by calling us on 0114 303 3311.

Update: 06-03-19 9:30am

We will be performing maintenance work today to prevent future occurences of this issue.  As of right now we do not expect this work to impact any customer connections but we will update here if that changes and when the work is completed.
