Service Outage Caused by a Network Issue:
At approximately 04:15 on the 8th of December an internal network issue caused a service interuption for many residents of Treeton.
Who is affected?
Our customers in the Treeton area were without connectivity for approximately 3 hours until restored at 07:20.
What is being done?
We had engineers on site within 20 minutes working to fix the problem. We have resolved the issue and restored the affected systems. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
